{"id":449,"date":"2019-02-28T13:36:37","date_gmt":"2019-02-28T13:36:37","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.edifica.com.bo\/?p=449"},"modified":"2019-02-28T13:36:41","modified_gmt":"2019-02-28T13:36:41","slug":"constructores-piden-dialogo-al-gobierno-para-debatir-resolucion-que-los-obliga-a-informar-sobre-compras","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.edifica.com.bo\/?p=449","title":{"rendered":"Constructores piden di\u00e1logo al Gobierno para debatir resoluci\u00f3n que los obliga a informar sobre compras"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p> El secretario ejecutivo de la Confederaci\u00f3n de Trabajadores en Construcci\u00f3n de Bolivia, Valerio Ayaviri, pidi\u00f3 di\u00e1logo al Ministerio de Econom\u00eda y al Servicio de Impuestos Nacionales (SIN) sobre una resoluci\u00f3n que se emiti\u00f3 en diciembre del a\u00f1o pasado y que obliga a ese sector a informar sus movimientos de compra.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; &#8220;Estamos mandando una resoluci\u00f3n y pidiendo al Gobierno y a Impuestos para que nos llamen a una reuni\u00f3n para que podamos sentarnos en una mesa de di\u00e1logo y si no nos escuchan nosotros sabemos c\u00f3mo trabajadores las armas de lucha que tenemos&#8221;, dijo a los periodistas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Explic\u00f3 que en diciembre de 2018 el SIN emiti\u00f3 la resoluci\u00f3n &#8216;101800000036&#8217; que instruye a las empresas constructoras o contratistas a informar sobre las caracter\u00edsticas y costos de las obras que est\u00e9n ejecutando cada fin de mes a partir de marzo pr\u00f3ximo, caso contrario por el incumplimiento ser\u00e1n sancionadas hasta con una multa de 5.000 UFV (Unidad de Fomento a la Vivienda).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; En ese marco, dijo que esta jornada se realiz\u00f3 un ampliado entre la C\u00e1mara de la Construcci\u00f3n de Bolivia, la C\u00e1mara de Construcci\u00f3n de Santa Cruz, Colegio de Ingenieros, Colegio de Arquitectos, entre otros sectores para expresar una posici\u00f3n de &#8220;rechazo&#8221; a esa resoluci\u00f3n de impuestos nacionales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; &#8220;Va a afectar a todo el sector de la construcci\u00f3n no solo a las grandes empresas constructoras m\u00e1s al trabajador independiente particular donde todos tienen que dar el informe a impuestos y tenemos que sacar nuestro NIT obligatoriamente o sino cumplimos con esa obligaci\u00f3n vamos a ser sancionados&#8221;, agreg\u00f3. asc\/ma&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; ABI&nbsp;<br><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El secretario ejecutivo de la Confederaci\u00f3n de Trabajadores en Construcci\u00f3n de Bolivia, Valerio Ayaviri, pidi\u00f3 di\u00e1logo al Ministerio de Econom\u00eda y al Servicio de Impuestos Nacionales (SIN) sobre una resoluci\u00f3n que se emiti\u00f3 en diciembre del a\u00f1o pasado y que obliga a ese sector a informar sus movimientos de compra. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; &#8220;Estamos mandando una resoluci\u00f3n &hellip;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":2,"featured_media":450,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":true,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"footnotes":""},"categories":[3],"tags":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v21.9.1 -
